Our vision is brought to life by our CEO, Phil Draper an experienced leader in sales and marketing with a proven track record in scaling eCommerce and SaaS businesses. Before joining Manago AI, he was a General Manager UK & EMEA at Dotdigital, so he brings deep expertise in AI-driven personalisation, automation, and customer engagement. Phil is passionate about helping brands turn every interaction into measurable business impact, and believes that meaningful success is never achieved alone - it comes from collaboration, trust, and shared purpose. At Manago AI, Phil is focused on accelerating global expansion, enhancing AI capabilities, and building a people-first culture that drives growth, innovation, and long-term customer relationships.

Graduated in International Relations at Cracow University of Economics. He started his adventure with Benhauer in 2012 as a salesman. Then he moved to the marketing department and in the end, from the CMO he became a COO in May 2015. After hours, he panics when fixed car works smooth, and there is no screw left in the garage.

Started his career in Manago AI in 2012 as a Java Developer. Has strong technical background, formerly as a Database Developer. His area of expertise is building highly scalable distributed systems. Started as a CTO position in Manago AI in 2021. Privately huge car enthusiast and NBA fan.

Kamil brings extensive experience in strategic finance and scaling operations across global technology organizations. Before joining Manago AI, he held key FP&A roles at Grass Valley, where he supported a $220M strategic refinancing led by Morgan Stanley Private Credit and contributed to financial process transformation, ERP implementations, and KPI management in a multinational environment. Earlier, he built his expertise within IAG GBS and PepsiCo, combining controlling, analytics, and financial modeling to drive business performance. At Manago AI, he is responsible for the company’s financial strategy, developing scalable processes, and leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, with a strong focus on profitability analysis and profitability generation. Kamil holds a Master’s degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from the Cracow University of Economics, specializing in corporate finance, data analytics, and transformation projects.

Klaudia joined Manago AI in 2018, progressing through all levels of the Customer Success department. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of both company operations and client needs, enabling her to drive impactful changes that improve business efficiency. Now, as Chief of Staff, she applies her extensive Customer Success expertise to lead strategic initiatives that reinforce Manago AI’s commitment to a customer-first approach.
